When should I take my sample and where should I send it to?
Samples should be taken on a regular basis so we can build up some accurate history and trends of your machine. By taking regular samples of all oil, coolant and fuel compartments it is possible to monitor all the major systems and avoid costly repairs and increase machine reliability and efficiency.
The sample kits containing the bottles provided are forwarded to Fluids Analysis Laboratory via pre-paid postage, saving you time and effort.

How do I take my sample?
Please download our how to take a sample reference guide for further information. In addition to the traditional sampling methods it is possible to take a "live" sample. Utilising the sampling kit, the live sample valve, customers can plug into the compartments on most modern machines, taking fluid samples while they are still in operation. A sample taken this way can paint a more accurate picture of a machines condition because the sample is taken from the working parts of the equipment.
