Based at our state-of-the-art laboratory in West Yorkshire, our dedicated fluid and condition monitoring services team are experts in analysing, interpreting and providing detailed evaluations for oil, fuel, coolant, diesel exhaust fluid and transformer oil samples from all types of equipment – regardless of make or model.

Every year we test hundreds of thousands of samples for customers worldwide, from applications across a diverse range of sectors including, construction, rail, manufacturing, oil & gas, marine, commercial, mining, renewable and OEMs.

We aim to make the fluid testing and analysis process as quick and simple as possible. Customers usually received the report with its in-depth recommendations next working day of the sample arriving at our laboratory. They can then view their sample data in "real-time" using our online portal.

Working alongside partners such as Leeds University, we continue to develop the next generation of analysis techniques to provide ever more detailed results.

Our business is all about keeping your business running, at all times. We aim to build long-term relationships with our customers so that we can provide them with a service that is tailored to their individual needs. 

We offer a range of specialist services, which can be accessed separately or as part of a bespoke preventative maintenance package. In addition, our condition monitoring team can compare fluid analysis results with information from various other sources, including engineer reports and live satellite feeds transmitted from the heart of each machine, giving a complete picture of equipment health.
